Accessibility Statement

Westbrook Advisory is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, regardless of the technology they use or any disability they may have. We want every visitor to be able to access our content and contact us without difficulty.

How accessible this site is:

We have designed this website with accessibility in mind. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice this means we have sought to ensure that text is readable and contrasts clearly with its background, that the site can be navigated using a keyboard, that images include descriptive text where relevant, and that the site functions reasonably well with screen readers and other assistive technologies.

We recognise that no website is perfectly accessible, and we continue to review and improve the site as it develops.

Known limitations:

As a recently launched website we are actively working to identify and address any accessibility issues. If you encounter something that does not work as expected or presents a barrier to access, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

What to do if you cannot access something:

If you need information from this website in a different format — including large print, plain text, or an accessible alternative — or if you experience any difficulty using the site, please contact us directly:

George.Murphy@westbrookadvisory.co.uk

We will respond to accessibility requests within five business days.

Reporting problems:

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you find any content that is difficult to access or believe we could do better, please tell us. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for everyone.

Enforcement:

If you contact us with an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.

Governing standard:

This statement has been prepared in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 as a statement of good practice. As a private firm we are not subject to those regulations, but we adopt their principles voluntarily as a reflection of our commitment to inclusive access.
