At Westbrook Advisory, research and advisory are two expressions of the same discipline. Our research produces independent analysis on defence, security, and geopolitics, intended for use by policymakers, journalists, and the wider public debate. Our advisory practice takes that same analysis and applies it directly to the circumstances of individual organisations, helping them understand what developments in this space mean for their own decisions. Both are grounded in the same standard of evidence and independence, and together they reflect how we believe policy thinking should work: rigorous enough to inform public debate, and practical enough to be put to direct use.
