Character of the Market

This is a market of patience and timing. The best houses come up rarely, often once in a generation and the spring and autumn windows in which they move are short. Many never reach the market at all, sold through a quiet word between agents long before a brochure is printed. We preview properties personally, test every claim about land, access, and condition, and advise honestly on what a house is worth rather than what it is asking.
