4. Tenancy & Move-In

We prepare a tenancy agreement that protects your position under the current regime, arrange a professional inventory, and manage the move-in from first payment to handover of keys. 5. Management & Beyond

For managed clients, our involvement does not end at move-in, it begins there. Rent is collected and monitored, maintenance handled promptly through trusted contractors, inspections carried out, and renewals or rent reviews negotiated on your behalf.
