A successful relocation isn't about moving, it is about arriving
We act for individuals, families, and corporations relocating to London. Our relocation service manages the entire transition, home search, schooling, settling-in, delivered with the discretion and precision an international move demands
The Process

1. Consultation & Brief
Every relocation begins with a conversation about the life you are moving, not just the property you need, but schools, commutes, neighbourhoods, timing, and what will make London feel like home. From this we agree a clear brief, honest advice on what your budget delivers in each area, and a timeline built around your start date, not the market's convenience.
2. Orientation & Area selection
London rewards local knowledge and punishes the lack of it. We guide you through the areas that genuinely suit your life, accompanied orientation visits where possible, detailed briefings where not, narrowing the search to neighbourhoods that work for your family, your office, and your future plans, before a single property is viewed.
3. Home Search & Shortlisting
We search the whole market on your behalf, including properties never publicly listed, preview everything ourselves, and present only what merits your time. Whether you are renting first or buying immediately, every shortlisted property is one we would defend, with honest guidance on its strengths and its compromises alike.
4. Securing & Negotiating
Relocating tenants and buyers are often at a disadvantage, unfamiliar with the market, negotiating from another time zone, under pressure of a start date. We remove that disadvantage entirely: negotiating terms, verifying every detail, and managing referencing, contracts, and compliance so your position is protected throughout.
5. Settling in
Our work does not end when the keys are handed over. We coordinate the practical details of arrival, utilities, registrations, connections to trusted local services and remain available as questions arise in your first months. The measure of a relocation is not the move itself, but how quickly London begins to feel like yours.
